After a new heat and air install in April I happened to see some water around my unit but not coming out of the trap. So I called and Derek responded to the call on September 4, 2020. He found that algae had formed and plugged up the trap not allowing water to exit out. He cleaned it all up, blew the trap out ad placed some tablets inside to stop the algae. Very professional, courteous and always a great experience unisng Performance Heat and Cooling!!

My heat unit went out last night. I contacted Performance Heating and Cooling to schedule an appointment. I knew they had to be busy with the weather being 25 degrees. Scheduled apppiontment for tech to come out. Winthin 30 minutes they returned call saying one of their techs finished a job earlier than expected and they could be here in 30 minutes.
Within an hour and half after the call my heat was n. Thanks Derek and Performance for your service today. 5 star service.

John Paul at Performance Heating and Cooling, I do not have the words that express to you what a Wonderful person he is, So Knowledgeable about Heating and Cooling & so incredibly Honest. I did not know him until American Home Shield just randomly pick his company to come out to my home to fix my heat years ago and have only seen him 2 more times since then & that was to fix my A/C then heat again next year. LET ME SAY MY UNIT WAS INSTALLED ON MY HOME IN 1980 AND IT IS NOW 2021. So unless I can buy a new one, I have to fix this one. SO HE PERFORMS MIRACLES & his wife will answer the phone when u call mostly likely & she is precious. AHS called some other repair company for me the 2nd time & he never showed up 3 scheduled times & cussed me out because I called him & told him I was going with someone else. Not knowing I could of called Performance in the first place & she called AHS for me & got Performance assigned to my repair. So amazing. Never in 46 years have I had customer service like this. OUTSTANDING!!! My family & myself Thank You.
When I received the nicely wrapped Christmas gift for you, I wondered who it could be from. Then I asked myself what company I had done business with in 2020 that would be customer-service oriented enough to send something. Performance Heating and Cooling is the first thing that came to mind, so I was not surprised to see it was from y'all.
Riley and Dylan performed the initial visit at our house for our new Service Contract with Performance. They were on-time, professional, polite, knowledgeable of all services enough to answer all my questions, and friendly. Great service call!! These gentlemen were so helpful and informative. They went above and beyond with their "diagnosis" of our issues, but they didn't push any services on us. They explained everything very thoroughly, gave us the best solution for our issue, and were able to schedule the service quickly.

This company was sent to my house via the insurance company following a storm we had that took out my hvac unit. They inspected it, handled the insurance and stayed in touch with me on my options. After deciding to purchase a new unit, they worked with me to get it financed. The next day, they were here with a new unit. Removed the old unit, put a new pad down, rewired for new unit and had it done in no time at all. Their sheet metal guys plumbed it to the house, and both of them went above that and fixed a previous installers screw ups. I am beyond satisfied with the unit, service and installation. Great group of folks to do business with!
Best heating and cooling company in West Tennessee. They always go above and beyond. Last summer my air went out I called JP as he was sitting down to eat dinner, without hesitation he said " I will be right there." In just a few minutes he was at my house in Jackson to fix the problem. He and his wife Michelle are always a phone call away and are always very helpful. I highly recommend Performace Heating and Cooling they not only care about fixing your heating and cooling needs but they care about YOU as a customer and that means the most to me! I'm thankful that now if something goes wrong or if I need a new unit installed I don't have to call around I KNOW who to call!
